Supreme x VANS – Spring 2013 ‘Power, Corruption, and Lies’

To celebrate the coming solstice, Supreme has released a capsule collection in conjunction with VANS, basking in its skate heritage with an all-over floral print. Inspired by the English rock band New Order and the artwork taken from their 1983 album “Power, Corruption, and Lies” and 19th century French artist Henri Fantin-Latour’s “A Basket of Roses,” this trio of sneakers takes on a floral motif for a very appropriate Spring 2013 release. The floral theme fully cloaks both the Era and the Chukka models while the Sk8-Hi uses a mixture of black and the print to add some strong contrast across its premium suede upper. While the Chukka and the Era boast canvas uppers, all three utilize leather lining, vibrant red insoles, and white rubber midsoles to finish the look.  This new release from Supreme x Vans is available at Supreme locations in NY, LA, London and via their online store.
